What is the shipping time for LEGOLAND Florida apparel?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our resort warehouse.
How do I determine the correct size for my child?
We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Our apparel generally follows standard US sizing, but we recommend measuring your child's height and chest for the most accurate fit.
Can I return apparel purchased online at the physical theme park?
Items purchased through our online shop must be returned via our online portal. We cannot currently process returns or exchanges for online orders at the physical LEGOLAND Florida Resort retail locations.
What is your return policy for fashion items?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain exclusive event merchandise may be marked as final sale.
Are your clothing materials kid-friendly?
Absolutely. Our clothing is designed with play in mind, using high-quality, durable fabrics like 100% cotton and soft polyester blends that are gentle on skin and built to last through every adventure.
Do you offer international shipping for your merchandise?
Currently, the LEGOLAND Florida Resort Online Shop ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We are looking to expand our shipping zones in the near future.
